Ph.D. in Tourism. Professor of Business Organization at the Faculty of Commerce and Tourism of the Complutense University of Madrid. At present, she works as an external researcher in the Tourism Intelligence and Innovation Group of the Nebrija University (Smarttour-INN). Her research areas are linked both to the organization of tourism companies and to innovation processes in tourism companies and destinations.
